Ahmad comes from a tech-oriented, entrepreneurial background where he worked closely with startups in seed & pre-seed stages, advising on their share structure, funding agreements & use of funds, & tax arrangements. He holds both, French and English qualifications; with particular research on foreign investments, investment policy, & cross-border commercial transactions & arbitration.

Ahmad joined SKP LLP in 2023 and is currently conducting his first rotation in the Corporate/Commercial Department.

Memberships & Admissions: Pending admission to Jordanian Bar Association.

• LLM in International Business Law – Queen Mary University of London - CCLS    
• Bachelors in Law – Universite De Paris – Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi 

Languages: Arabic, English, & French.
