Marah has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing business and commercial contracts as well as providing counsel on areas including commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory matters and company registration in multiple jurisdictions including Jordan, KSA, and BVI. 
She provides advice to corporations and non-governmental organizations on everyday legal concerns such as labor law, companies law, social security law, civil law and income tax law.

Marah has also actively participated in the formulation of legal frameworks for domestic and foreign special economic zones, offering advice on legislative and regulatory gaps.
