Raghad graduated from  the University of Jordan and has more than 6 years of experience in the field of social work and volunteering, having worked with various NGOs, governmental organizations, and private entities. During her first rotation at Sa'ed Karajah & Partners, she was assigned to the corporate department. In this role, she actively collaborated with team members, providing support and assisting clients with their inquiries.
